I'm posting my missed miscarriage (mmc) experience in hopes of helping anyone out there looking for some possible answers.

My 1st mmc, January 5, 2018

Gestational Age: 9-10 wks

Fetal age: couldn't be determined

Heartbeat: no fetal heartbeat

Yolk sac issue: double yolk sac

Medical management: cytotec inserted vaginally

My 2nd mmc, March 15, 2019

Gestational age: 10-11 wks

Fetal age: 9wks 2days

Heartbeat: 150, last measured at 7wks. Heartbeat stopped at 9wks 2days.

Yolk sac issue: greater than 6mm detected at 7wks ultrasound.

Medical management: cytotec taken orally followed by d&c.

Chromosomal analysis post d&c: trisomy 15.

10wks 5days ultrasound (heartbeat stopped at 9wks 2 days)

When I went through these losses, I spent hours on this app and in google searching for possible answers. Although every case is different, I hope my losses can shed some light to anyone out there who is hurting, confused, looking for some possible answers.
