Implantation or periods

So last night I experienced period like cramps through out the night accompanied with nausea. I have not experienced this before a period. I do have pcos and cysts on my ovaries. With the cramping and throwing up my period has not started but Is due tomorrow. My question is is this a premenstraul symptom or implantation!
