I've had my mirena for 1 year and 3 months and its been hell ever since! I've had dizzy spells/feeling like I'm going to faint. Always tired and weak. Weight gain and feeling hot. Now I've been dealing with severe left side pain and bad cramps for awhile now. At appointments my doctor told me my strings were there and it looked fine. But still was having pain.

My doctor finally scheduled me an ultrasound today. I'm hoping to finally get results to figure out the cause of this pain. They didnt tell me anything during or after the appointment. So hopefully they call with some information soon. The pain is so severe that I am in tears! I cant sit or stand without being hunched over in pain and when lying down, the pain is still severe. I'm definitely planning to get it taken out because I can't stand the pain. I still get heavy periods and sometimes I bleed longer than usual. Or one day I'll be bleeding and the next I won't and then it'll come back. 🤦🏾‍♀️ Anyone else have any issues with their mirena!?
