So a little back story. My husbands ex was my friend before they broke up and him and I started dating. She was ok with it but we dont really talk anymore. She is on his phone plan though. She also only talks to us now when she needs something (food, cant pay her part of the bill cuz shes going on vacation...)

She was on his phone plan cuz she owed verizon something like $3000 and we told her she could be on the plan but there was 2 rules. 1) she had to pay her own account down each month and 2) absolutely NO extra charges (play store / verizon cloud)

Well. She broke both rules. She hasnt paid a penny towards her account and then charged the account for a play store purchase and verizon cloud. Without telling us. She said it was an accident but she made the play store purchase Feb 27, and didnt tell us until April 4 when we asked her about it.

We told her (in February) to get her own account by April 1 or at least have a plan. She asked us to give her till April 8 to get it all situated, and also pay all of April's bill. We agreed until we saw the play store charges. When we saw those charges we told her we no longer were waiting and suspended her line.

She messaged me off an app that only needs wifi to use(this was an hour after we suspended her line) and told me what we did was messed up, that because of the added stress she had a seizure and was taken to the ER and she couldnt call anyone cuz her phone no longer worked. I told her charging the account, having us pay the bill that charge is on, and only talking to us when she needs something is more messed up.

Is what we did really messed up?
