Country Charts Biased?

There’s a song called “Old Town Road”, pretty catchy if I might add, that was charting on the Country Billboards but was recently removed because it doesn’t fit “country music today”

*Is it safe to say there still some biases in the country music genre when there are some “hillbilly trap rap” songs making charts?

*Should the song be allowed to chart now that it features Bill Ray Cyrus? Or at all?
