Does this seem normal? Comments please

So I’ve had a horrible time with my OB since the beginning. The communication is awful and I would have switched but we did a global agreement where we paid for every appointment including the doctor delivery fee upfront. I went in last Thursday for swelling and headaches and they found protein in my urine so I did a 24 hour urine collection and blood work. They just called today saying that my levels were “ok” and they would watch me closely... I asked what the level was and she said 226 but it’s not considered preeclampsia until 300. I then asked about the blood work and she said there were some abnormal findings but only “slightly” abnormal. That doesn’t make sense to me and it seems like no one at that office has time to explain things. I’m a first time mom so this stuff is a little scary. Anyone have any advice? They also told me if I had more swelling or head aches go straight to the ER. I’ve had both of those things since I went last Thursday and I don’t want to be one of those ppl constantly running to the ER if I don’t need to. Anyone end up having preeclampsia that started like this?
