Late period BFN brown discharge

Hi so my last period started 23rd Feb (7 weeks ago)

I’ve had on and off mild cramps particularly on my left lower side, sore breasts - a lot more sore in my right one which I’ve never experienced.. I’m tired all the time, very achey lower back, I can’t stop eating and I’ve had some dizzy spells.

I took a test Wednesday morning which was negative.

There’s been literally no sign of my period starting but early afternoon today I had the smallest amount of very very dark brown discharge in my underwear (sorry tmi) but nothing when I wiped and nothing since.

Does it sound like AF is about to show or has anyone experienced this in early pregnancy?
