Frustrated!!!

37 weeks and 2 days today. Yesterday and today I keep getting what feel like period cramps in my lower belly, they are random (so I assume Braxton Hicks), but then sometimes it turns into gas (so gas pain/cramps).

Is it possible they are Braxton Hicks AND gas? And even still, Braxton Hicks contractions aren’t “real” anyway and don’t mean anything, right?

I’m frustrated because I keep taking time off from work to rest from the exhaustion and mild pain but I’m only 37 weeks and don’t want to use up my time off. But it’s so freaking uncomfortable at work I can’t deal.

When’s the baby gonna come? When will real contractions start? My coworker told me with her first kid, she had what felt like period cramps all day long before going into labor and the contractions actually got heavier once she finally made the decision to go to the hospital, hours and hours later. I know it’s different for everyone but holy cow am I frustrated!!
