So my prom / well not mine my boyfriends prom is in 2 weeks and this is my dress and I am 100% clueless on what type of makeup to do and hair ? I need ideas pleaseee

I'd go for loose flowing curls for the hair or a classy up-do. And since you have a bold dress, I'd do a nude lip with bold eye makeup. Always pick either the eyes or the lips as bold for formal events. Bold for both might look too flashy and nude for both might seem too laid back especially with a gorgeous dress like that.

The first one is my hair from my junior prom, if you had bigger broads I think that would look cute! Also, the Pinterest hair is my favorite to get done for formal events! I based my senior prom hair off of it! 
It really depends if you want an updo or not. I think half up would be really cute with your dress, but it does get really hot with your hair down! Pinterest is the best place! If you go get your hair done by a hair dresser, almost everybody will do a style based off a picture, it just may not look identical. 
Makeup wise, I think something gold would look nice, but I’m just a gold shimmer shadow kinda girl! I found that it’s fun to do a simple shimmer shadow look with a pop of color, like my eyeshadow in the last picture. My dress was red with pink flowers so I put pink.

Go for an updo with braids, pull a few pieces down and curl them, a good eyeshadow look for that would be a deep yellow gold. It’ll go nicely with the dress and your skin tone. Good luck and have fun!
