Help me! Pregnant with Baby number #2 Im 27weeks and I dont remember being this uncomfortable with baby #1. My hips and lower back on a scale of 1-10 bounce back in forth between a 6 and 8. Shooting pain (not sciatic, it's not down my leg, had that with baby #1) across my lower back and my hips ache like I've been horse back riding for 24 hours straight. Anyone know of stretches, laying positions, tylenol, heat cold anything to help?!?! Dr just said to take it easy.... thank that's real helpful ha
