Albino/Albinism

I gave birth to my daughter six weeks ago. I am black and so is my husband. Our daughter was born with extremely fair skin (almost white) and ginger hair. She looks very different to our first child who is brown skinned like myself and husband. We were quite shocked when my daughter came out with ginger hair. We weren’t quite sure if she is albino. Some family members think she is and others think she isn’t. Has anyone experienced this before or know how you diagnose albinism? She has perfect eyesight which I know can be affected with albinism.
