I’m 14 weeks and I’ve been crazy constipated due to HG, being dehydrated and taking Zofran... anyway, I have like 3 grape sized hemorrhoids and they haven’t been irritating or itchy so I’ve ignored them. Well, I finally I had the urge to go and it was ridiculous painful, felt like I was pooping out glass, and when I wiped there was so much blood. The toilet bowl was filled with blood and when I stood up there was blood leaking down my legs. I know for sure it’s not from my vagina, so now I’m FREAKING out because I don’t know if it’s normal. I feel lightheaded too; so I’m laying down until I have the energy to shower but what do I do?!??
