Birthing ball/stability ball 🤷🏼‍♀️

I am have read so much advice about natural labor as this is any first, and I came across some rave reviews over using a birthing ball during labor. But I’ve also read that you can do exercises while still pregnant that can help ..

So I buy the ball. I do all the googling. And it looks like all the advice surrounding these balls is during labor. I’m only 26 weeks pregnant and want to use it for exercise now!

I don’t mean squats and arms work outs. Like, can I do pelvic circles and all those things now?? Will that help just keep things loose and in shape down there? OBVIOUSLY not trying to do anything that could induce labor.

Do any of you have advice?? Did y’all use these balls ever? Am I silly for buying one? I wanna be as prepared as humanly possible lol
