Bottle frustration?

Not worried about this but just curious - does anyone else's baby pull their hair, scratch their head, or pull their ears while drinking their bottles? My child does this every time he eats. I dont think he's hurting himself but hes all red after and I dont understand why he does this.

Have you been to the DR to check for an ear infection? The sucking motion irritates their ears more.

Yes my daughter scratches her head and kind of twists her hair around while drinking her bottle sometimes. Other times she'll play with the bib, pull on my hair, or something like that. My nephew used to do it when I watched him as well.

My daughter breastfeeds and pulls her hair, ears, scratches her eyes, the back of her he'd etc every time she nurses. I try to hold her hands to keep her busy.

Have you tried changing the nipple flow? Mine was getting super frustrated with the slow flow, so I upped to medium and she’s a lot less agitated.

Mine does both when he drinks pulls hair and ears.

My son pulls on his ear or rubs it while he nurses but he’ll constantly yank my hair or death grip my boob 😩

My daughter is always pulling at her ears or hair. I assumed the ear thing was due to her teething but still no idea why she pulls her hair
