Positive or Negative? Premom and Glow are conflicting!

Hey ladies! I tested with my OPK this morning with FMU, which I normally don’t do, but I was curious and it came out like this. Glow says it’s positive- which puts me ovulating tomorrow instead of Thursday like it originally said. But premom still says this is negative.
Any thoughts??

Test again at like 2pm. I thought mine that looked like that was positive cause it was the same color.  I tested again the next day and it was WAY darker.

I dont use premium so I'm just curious - does their app distinguish between high and peak? It looks close to positive to me but your test line still seems just a tad lighter than your control line.
