Does your baby spit up after or during feedings? Sometimes it comes out her nose and I feel so bad :(

Mine was doing the same so u changed the flow of his nipple and made home work for it more. And I have only had one spit up in the last 2 weeks. I used to happen 4 times a day.

I’ve started to make him sit up more during feedings instead of laying down and also burp him halfway through the bottle. Also started pace feeding because he would gulp down his bottles so fast and so far that has help with the spitting up.

Keep baby upright when feeding. Take breaks in between to burp. Keep baby upright for 10/15 minutes after feeding.
As long as your baby is gaining weight it shouldn’t be a problem. Babies spit up. We can’t tell how much really, it feels like a lot when we see it but it truly isn’t. Unless it’s vomit (difference is so it up is like drool & vomit is projectile) then there shouldn’t be much concern.

Yes!!!! No colic and he doesn’t get upset by it. We space his feeding out, burp lots in between and STILL it happens. And he can spit up as long as 1+ hour after eating 🤦🏼‍♀️But comes out through mouth and nose and I feel horrible!! Having to nurse and supplement with formula due to breast surgeries... thinking of trying a “gentle” formula option.

Yes, but my son has reflux and colic. (Diagnosed from his doctors) I have to while him in my arms about 20 minutes after feedings. (We are breastfeeding) also using gripe water, started probiotics once he was a month old, and another holistic treatment from my midwife. 7 weeks old today and it’s got better once we did all those things. (We have also gone to the chiropractor as well.)

Maybe it’s too much to quick? My baby is breastfed and I don’t use bottles often but when I do he does spit up more so I’m assuming it’s just too much to quick because he won’t spit up when he’s on the boob unless I don’t burp him
