Hey guys my friend is very desperate for help!!!! She just had baby #2! Her son turned 1 in January and her daughter was born a few days ago.. so they are very close in age. She did not breastfeed her son, but she is breastfeeding her newborn. The problem is her 1yo constantly screams and cries for her whenever she breastfeeds & when she pumps, he rips the wires out. He is too young to understand inclusion, they ask him to help with the baby and he just says “no”. He is very jealous of the baby. He does not want his dad, he only wants mom and only when she is nursing. He is a rough toddler and she says he will only yank on her limbs & it makes them very nervous having their 1yo around their newborn. He also doesn’t want his bottles, he only wants the baby’s & he doesn’t want his blanket, he only wants the baby’s. Any tips ? Help with his jealousy? How to distract him?
