How did you ladies know if you have post partum drepression? I’m really struggling. I feel so alone even when I’m with ppl. I feel like I’m going through the motions and doing what I think I’m supposed to not because I want to.

I’m not sure if I have normal exhaustion from a newborn. My baby is wonderful, she isn’t super fussy and sleeps decent amounts at night. I’m 6 weeks post partum and I feel like everyone else seems to love life and I feel numb and overwhelmed at the same time...
