What is the other thing in the ultrasound? My tech wouldnt say anything because she wasnt aloud to. It looks like another head to me. My dr appt isnt for another 2 weeks.

It's the yolk sac, I'm surprised she didn't tell you that.  It's a normal part of pregnancy,  it feeds the baby in the first trimester until the placenta forms and takes over.
