Blood pressure concern...

Hi everyone so I'm 29 weeks, since last week or so I've been checking my blood pressure, always knowing to rest before doing so. One is once I wake up and the other one is at night 20 min after I put my daugther to sleep. The blood pressure has been all over but mainly elevated high, not sure if the numbers means high blood pressure? Or just normal elevated? I have my midwife appt tomorrow and obviously will be talking to her. I should also say my first pregnancy I ended up being induced due to high blood pressure.
