Broken throat after Face fucking !?!

So never been face fucked before and this guy was HUGE. I had some probs breathing during and gagged some but I was totally into it. After not so much 😭 my throat has a little bit of blood on the back. Feels really swollen, and when in swallow anything (like water) some goes out my nose. Did I break my throat? 😂 how can I avoid this in the future?

**update: didn’t go to the doctor, seriously didn’t want to explain 🤣 gargled with salt water rinse and lots of cough drops. Swelling went down and pain went away after 2-3 days and water no longer comes out my nose.

Also, I am going to tone down The enthusiasm in the blow job department.
