Should I worry?

This entire pregnancy so far I’ve always been cold. I’m now 17weeks6days and I’m always freezing. My hands and feet are always cold. I walk for two minutes or standup for two minutes and I’m out of breath and feel dizzy like I’m about to pass out. I’m at work and I’ve been freezing the whole time and went to go to the bathroom and my feet started tingling and my hands are pale and you can see a lot of veins on my palms and fingers.
