How long to get glucose challenge results?

How long did it take you all to get your 1-hour results back? I had GD with my first and not my second, so I’m anxious to get the results back from my test this morning.

I got mine the next day but she said it could take up to 7 days.

At my doctors office, if you don’t get a call within 2 days then everything is good. If you get a call within 2 days then you’ll have to go back in. It’s been almost a week since I’ve done mine and haven’t gotten a call so I know everything is good and they’ll tell me about it at my next visit

I got mine a few hours later. I specifically requested to be notified, even if they were negative

My appointment was at the end of the day and I got my results back the next morning. With my first my appointment was early in the morning and I got them back later that afternoon

Wow I didn’t know so many made you wait. I got my results within about 20 seconds of my blood draw.

I had the test done Thursday. I found out I passed on Saturday (I’m friends with my doctor), and got the official test results in my patient portal today.

I called and asked and the nurse said it would be Thursday or Friday. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve encountered that most doctors I’ve seen will not contact you about these particular test results unless they come back positive for GD. The one I’m with currently notifies me of EVERY test result and it scares the hell out of me every time I see them calling! 😂
