Question about my baby. FTM

So, it's my first baby. She was born at 27 weeks and she just came home. She has colic, acid reflux, and the iron they have her on makes her constipated. She usually will eat and sleep until her next feed that I have to wake her up for. Sometimes though she is just inconsolable on her own like she will not stop crying until I hold her. And I'm not talking about fussing I am talking about full blown crying. I'm assuming it's because her stomach hurts but my parents told me that shes "training me" and that I'm going to turn her into a monster and I should just let her be. Shes technically 3 months by birth but adjusted age shes like a week old. I thought you couldnt baby them this young? My doctor said shes too young to self soothe and I thought so too at the NICU they let them cry though so I'm just confused on what I should be doing. I do know a baby that will not function without being held and stuff and I dont want that to happen to her so I am a little worried.

P.s. shes no acting hungry when she does this no rooting or bringing hands to mouth or smacking. She just seems uncomfortable and sad 😢
