Is the name Sasha Ayra (First and Middle) weird?
To be honest, I'm still naming her this because I love the name but just to ease my nerves... My aunt keeps complaining about the name Sasha because she says it's used in American culture too much. I'm Muslim-American with a Bengali background. Sasha doesn't mean anything bad. It means helper of mankind. My mom used to call me Sasha as a baby. The name is also a play between hubby and my names: Sa- Samiha (Me) and Sha- Sharif (Hubby). Hubby loves the name as well. And Ayra is a pretty name that means respectful.
