Endo cause low testosterone?

Does anyone know if having endo causes low testosterone? My blood work came back that my testosterone dropped from a 26 to 9. At my last appointment my dr was worried about endometriosis and we are doing a bunch of testing this month. I know I won’t see her again for a few weeks until after I have these test. My cycle recently went from a 28 day to a 36. I’m at Day 35 and still waiting for my period. Next test is the ovarian assessment reserve test followed by sonohysterogram and a hysterosalpingogram. We are seeing a fertility specialist for infertility.
