My old roommate is harassing me again. I am living with my fiancé. I tried to get an Order of Protection from her for destroying my property but, since she did it when I wasn’t home, I couldn’t say it was her, according to the court of law. However, who else could have done it?

She’s lied about having cancer, she’s cheating on her boyfriend, and I learned she lied about her previous roommate, who showed me proof of her lies.

Now she’s messaged my fiancé to say I cheated on him, bragged that she won, and that I need to be locked away due to my mental health. I have a few mental illnesses that do not make me violent or evil. It just causes me to struggle to function.

Her sibling messaged my fiancé that he has a cute family and that it’d be a shame f anything happened to them.

I am heartbroken and frustrated.
