So recently a girl came to my school talking about what rape is and the different types of rape etc. and I started to think about my past relationship when she said something about manipulation and making the Victim feel guilty so they’ll have sex. And this happened a lot with my ex. I would tell him no cause I “wasn’t in the mood”. And he would continue to say stuff like “why would u even start something if u didn’t wanna have sex” or “so your gonna do all of that and nothing?” Or he would get mad and just be in a bad mood for the rest of the day and I didn’t wanna deal with it so after he would do all of this I would give in. But I never really wanted to have sex. I consented after he made me feel bad about it but I still consented. Idk if it’s considered rape or just being manipulative. Please help. If it is considered rape it’s too late to do anything about it and I’d feel silly since I did consent. I just want to know.
