Movement help

I am 21 weeks and 1 day today. I have been feeling my son move at least a few times everyday. Well, I didnt feel him move once yesterday. I have an anterior placenta so my midwife said I wouldnt feel much movement until about 24 weeks. But I very well have been feeling him kicking and rolling. Since I havent felt him move yesterday is this a cause for concern, I do not want to call and them not be concerned and just tell me it's nothing. Little back story, I had a high heart rate for a few weeks they kept telling me it's nothing its nothing.a part of pregnancy, well I ended up going to the ER because I felt off and funny. Come to find out I had low iron, and ketones and protein in my urine. I didnt find any of that out until 5 days later at my midwife appointment for my anatomy scan. What do I do.? Ftm here.
