Conflicted

Recently I went through my boyfriends phone and find messages from a few years ago about a girl he is sort of friends with today and messages to a girl he sometimes associates with at work. He told he does not and never has had feelings for the first girl before because She is always asking him for hugs and stuff. And the second girl he told me was dirty and gross, if you know what I mean. But the messages was about the first girl said he had strong feelings for her and the second girl he talked about wanting to kiss her. This was all before we started dating but it still bothers me that he never told me about it even when I asked before. We’ve been together for 1 year and 5 months. He has never given me any reason to not trust him. He’s super sweet and respectful and he would never cheat or deliberately hurt me. Should I tell him I found the messages and talk to him about it.
