Gestational. Hypertension

Has any mamas On here have any experience with gestational high blood pressure I’m 23 weeks and 2 days and I went to the er last night cause my blood pressure was 160 over 90 and still from yesterday have a headache and I had blurry spots in my vision and black floaters is my vision yesterday well they took bloodwork and urin said everything looks good but I have a follow up apt tomorrow but today I just feel so ugh got a headache really tired and weak and just pain crappy and jw if any mommas have felt with the same thing. I’m so scared it will turn into Preeclampsia
