Single umbilical artery
Hi ladies,
I went for my 20 wk anatomy ultrasound the other day. My midwives called me today to report I have a single umbilical artery. Was wondering if anyone here has experienced this in a previous pregnancy or currently. I'm worried about the baby and the fact that this can cause an increased risk in some health conditions. I'm being referred to a high risk clinic for monitoring.
