TlL;DR: the judge has had 4 counts of "alleged" misconduct and has been recommended for suspension without pay  an ethical committee met and recommended 3 months suspension without pay, nothing is set in stone yet.

Uh I would say he should lose his judgeship and go back to being a defense attorney since he so clearly likes to make excuses for the defendant and victim blame.

Whenever I hear people criticise a person who’s been victim to sexual assault/rape. I do question how much they understand consent, and I question whether they understand how people don’t always act rationally during traumatic events. 
Yes, I imagine it’s very easy for that judge to sit there and come up with numerous scenarios on how a woman could protect themselves from assault, whilst sitting comfortably in their own court without any threat to their being. 
Doesn’t mean that’s how people react when being attacked. And not being able to defend yourself from an attacker does not mean you weren’t raped or assaulted. 
I think the judge deserves more than 3 months as they’re obviously pretty incompetent at their job 🤷‍♀️
