Blister on the lip from incorrect latch??

Anyone else see this in their bub?

They said it was a nursing blister, nothing to do with an incorrect latch. My son has one and he latches great

Yes! I actually asked my sons (he’s 3 weeks old) doctor about it. She said it’s completely normal and nothing to worry about. It will go away as they get older! Not incorrect latch! You are doing great Mamma!

Not a blister, this is normal with breastfeeding. Incorrect latch would be evident on your nipples - they’d have a raised line across the nipple, trauma etc

My baby has it too! No worries!

my son had one, and It went away. He hasnt had one since! It was very dry, so I actually put some Lanolin nipple cream on it to help.

My baby has it to take notice to the latch if the top lip goes under while feeding if it does try to pull it up to help it could be lip tie I’m taking my baby to the dentist next week to check for me to see if he has one because lactation consultant seems to think he might.
