break ups.

how do you get over a break up? i’ve dated this guy for a year and we really loved each other and he was my first everything. and we broke up and hen go back together and then now we broke up again. and we both don’t want to get back together if we fought to much and it was unhealthy. well usually he would talk to me and i could still tell that he’s not over me. we broke up yesterday and now he’s completely over me and i don’t know how to handle that. i don’t know how to get over him or what to do to help me. can you guys help me out please..
