So I have this weird patch on my lip. It's small, doesn't hurt, and kind of looks like I took a really small needle and poked 4-5 dots into my lip. I constantly apply carmex to my lips right now cause with with cold weather my skin and lips have been really dry, so I don't know if they're weeping or not. Could that be a cold sore or did I maybe exfoliate my lips a bit too much? Sorry if this is a stupid question I'm just trying to understand the things I could/should be expecting.
