this girl needs some pointers

alright y’all, so i’ve liked this guy i work with for awhile now. we don’t really talk much but when we do its always pleasant. i was too chicken to ever ask him out to go to coffee or anything because i didn’t want to get rejected and then see him everyday. BUT NOW, he got a new job and my last day working with him was today. im still hesitant to ask him out, and i don’t even know what to do, i’m a shy girl and i lowkey just fear rejection because i’ll think the worst of it because my mind hates me haha. but anyways if anyone did read this, do you have any pointers on what i should do?
