Fussy eater!

Wow is my baby a fussy eater at times! Usually it's the worst when she wakes up for her middle of the night feed. She gives all the hunger cues but just squirms and squirms around while I try to feed her. We eventually get to the end of the bottle, but it usually takes feeding her in half ounce increments, giving her a break and burping her until it's all gone and she's currently eating 4 ounces each feeding so it can take as long as an hour to get through a bottle. Once she finishes the bottle she is always happy and content as can be, never spits up, doesn't get hiccups or show any signs of gas pains, so I really think it's just that she is prone to being a really fussy eater! Anyone else's baby do this?
