Getting things movin!

I’ve been long time sufferer of IBS..here are some things that have help keep things moving this pregnancy! I eat All-Bran cereal every morning..start out light with it.. everybody takes to it differently and your body has to adjust to the fiber. Refried beans in the evening..it’s a good mix of both types of fiber (and has been a craving of mine I developed while pregnant). Then every couple days or so I’ll have a teaspoon or so of Natural Calm in between meals. This also is one you should start slow with and increase as body allows. I know it may sound silly..but helps me! in a pinch prunes can help too..but that’s when the struggle is real..others are more maintenance. Walking briskly and lots of water! Hopefully helps someone!
