Anyone traveling yet ?

Hi March Mommies Tips for flying with a newborn ? My son Is A Month Now . Besides the research ensuring he is comfortable any other things I should look out for ? Thanks .

I actually traveled with my newborn at 3 weeks and my dog. We got really lucky and breastfed discreetly with my nursing tops. He didn't peep the whole trip. Most airports have nursing areas and they are wonderful. Just keep them fed. We did carry him through in a carrier and kept a light blanket over his face to avoid excess germs

Definitely try to feed during take off and landing!

Keep away from sick people. Are you lap sitting or bringing the carseat? I would nurse while taking off and landing or feed by bottle. For one month I think it's more about comfort than anything else.
I would wear the baby going through security because you'll need to put the stroller and carseat through the scanner too. And would wear the baby till I got all settled in my seat. And totally use the preboarding time.
