Potential placenta previa

Hey ladies! Yesterday at my anatomy scan, the doctor brought up how low my placenta currently is at 19 w 1 d. He said it could move, but if it doesn’t we’ll have to do modified bed rest and a scheduled csection at 37 weeks (so mid August). He then went on to say that he legally has to tell me there’d be a 5% chance of hysterectomy.

So, lots of unknowns here! This obviously freaked me out... we have an active 18 month old boy who would hate a mama on bedrest, and we want more kids after our new baby as well. Has anyone ever had their placenta move this late in the game? Or heard of anyone else who did have it move? Holding on to positivity here!

Good news is we have a very healthy little boy on the way! ❤️
