Period back!?

So ladies, I need to know....

In stopped bleeding 5 weeks pp and tomorrow I’ll be 8 weeks pp. I think I just started my period. I’ve had minor cramps since yesterday and I thought it was just due to being tired from little guys cluster feedings and only getting 4 hrs of sleep. I’m breastfeeding round the clock on demand and pumping. I don’t think I have a low milk supply. Put about 2 to 3 oz on each side every hour to two hours. And little guy eats every hour during the day and 3 to 2 hrs at night.

Not sure if this matters but I had a C-section delivery.
