Per AAP guidelines baby should sleep in a crib bassinet or play yard. Those are government regulated terms in the US. If you read the manual on this it’ll have to say it shouldn’t be used for unsupervised sleep, but babies under 3 months are at their highest chance for positional asphyxia from inclined sleeping. (I can’t remember the same if this but I think it is called a sleeper which is a marketing term to get around the crib/bassinet verbiage) 
AAP also has evidence to support inclined sleeping does not help with reflux, and if doc recommends the same they should prescribe a hospital grade oxygen monitor for you. This is from a 2016 study so many docs are not up to date on newest recommendations

Don't use this! I don't know if it was a recall or what but I read an article about a baby 3 months ended up dying in one of these swing things.  They had a picture of the product and looked just like this one.  Someone shared the story on here.

Make sure it is not inclined. Anything that inclines an infants upper body puts the baby at higher risk for SIDS. INFANTS SHOULD LAY FLAT ON THEIR BACKS ONLY.

Had it and love it! The photo is misleading, it does lay flat which is how I used it. I definitely have no complaints

Don’t buy anything that has an incline for your baby to sleep in. Incline products cause positional asphyxia. Infants should sleep on a firm, flat surface flat on their backs. Look into the Arm’s Reach Co-Sleeper. I love mine.
