Twins?

Wanting to know if any of y’all had twins but was told it was 1 baby in the beginning then found out at 12 weeks it was twins?

Maybe vaginal ultrasound can miss a twin because it can be hidden behind the other? And belly ultrasound is more accurate?

I’m having my second baby. I’m already showing at 12 weeks.. had severe morning nausea and severe heartburn now.

I had a dream last week that I went to my specialist and I was 12 weeks 3 days and they saw twins. I was suppose to see my specialist this coming week and I would’ve been 12 weeks and 5 days.. but had to cancel and see my normal obgyn Tuesday and I’ll be 12 weeks 4 days.

I’m curious. Last scan was 8 weeks vaginal. I’m already in pregnancy pants.
