No poo in 3 days, what should I do?

I am only breastfeeding (pumping only) - baby is 3 months - and it has never happened to me that he would go without poo for 2 days. What should I do?

I had luck using the lubed qtip around the anus (like a weird massage lol) and a thermometer on his rely bad days. When he went 7 days without pooping the Dr allowed 1oz of juice 2x a day.
