unexpected

just found out im pregnant with baby number 4 i cant seem to be excited over this 😢😭 im my moms 24/7caregiver shes home on hospice its so hard caring for her she has stage 4 breast cancer that is now in her brain so timing is def not right i just feel confused lost an scared an i have to have a csection ive haf 1 vaginal then 1 emergency c section then a regular c section im jus scared nervous confused my emotions are everywhere i wanna be happy but at this moment im not why?
