Can someone please tell me how to know if you’re having real contractions?? While I was getting ready for the day, the top of my stomach had some pain, sharp pains, now I feel light to medium cramp feelings in my lower back, sometimes coming up to the front. It’s kind of a steady light pain that sometimes gets worse. I can still breath/talk through them but it’s just uncomfortable. Since it’s a steady light pain I can’t tell when to time them, I just get a harder pain randomly. Mostly a pain in my lower back. Don’t know what to do!
