Good afternoon ladies!

So I’m having to pump due to baby girls weight not going up 🙄🙄🙄 but now I have all these parts to clean & bottles. I’ve been washing everything in hot soapy water & sterilizing/steaming them in one of those Medela steam bags (Every time anything comes in contact w/ breast milk) BUT Is that how I’m supposed to be doing things lol ? ??? Or is steaming them at each use overkill 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

I know my mom would clean bottles in boiling water after she would give my brother formula...but I’m not sure if that’s also done for my situation ... I know plastic doesn’t do quite well after a while when exposed to heat / microwave ...
