What are the signs of a miscarriage

I found out I was four weeks Thursday and I’ve been having lower abdominal cramping and back sever back cramping. My mouth has been very dry lately and my right side constantly goes numb. I’m no longer nauseous. Is these early signs?? Should I be worried or go to a hospital?

I didn’t have any signs. I miscarried naturally at 14 weeks. I didn’t know I was miscarrying until I got contractions at 3:00 in the morning and our precious angel was here by 7:30

I had no signs at all. I was almost 14 weeks and around 7:00pm I used the bathroom and there was EXTREMELY light blood on the toilet paper. Almost too light to even see. 4:30am the following morning I had to go to the emergency room because I was bleeding profusely and passing extremely large clots. I had no cramps or pain until about an hour into the heavy bleeding. 
Ultrasound, bloodwork and urine samples confirmed I was having a miscarriage.
If something doesn’t feel right call your doctor. Could be something, could be nothing. Best of luck to you!

I had a silent miscarriage at 9 weeks. After we had seen and heard the heart beat 2 weeks before. My baby died and I never knew until my appointment. She was much bigger but no heartbeat :(

I was 9 wks along and started spotting in the morning, by 10pm that night I had miscarried. 
I went to the ER per my drs directions when I first started to spot. They pretty much said they couldn't rule a MC out until I came back in 48 hrs to get my hgc levels tested again. 
I had no signs other than the spotting until that night the bleeding started and I started to have awful cramps. It lasted about 2 hrs. 
My levels came down to 0 in two weeks.
Hopeful for you that its nothing major. Definitely call your dr though!
