With gestational hypertension can you have a vaginal birth?

I was put on medication for only 2 days but it made me too jittery so my doc took me off because it was probably bottoming out because my blood pressure was always around 135-145/70-85. Now I'm worried my BP is going to go crazy during birth and I'll have to have a c section.

My blood pressure was 168/116 and I had an induction and vaginal delivery.

Yes. I had high Bp 180/100’s and was safe enough with meds when I had my 1st LO it was vaginal. 
I was told even with the same symptoms this time with my 2nd LO I’d be a good candidate for vaginal birth

I had no blood pressure issues until labor started, and then it spiked up crazy high. They put me on a magnesium drip and I was able to deliver vaginally
